On a positive note, I think this comic has been looking better with each new page, and this one is easily has my favorite artwork on it. I hope you enjoy it and I hope everyone is staying safe out there!
Hey! This page is kind of out of the middle of nowhere, but here it is!
When I brought the website back with the new, revamped look, I had planned to stay on top of regular updates and keep things on track, but I’ve been finding that harder than I had hoped. Between working two jobs that don’t leave me with any full days off during the week, being tired all the time from said two jobs, and seeming to be perpetually sick with one thing or another all winter, getting any comic work done has been an uphill battle. That said, I chip away at things whenever I have the free time and don’t feel like dropping dead. I’ve been working on the next few pages after this one, so hopefully I’ll have those for you to check out sooner rather than later.
I appreciate those who have stuck around and have been enjoying the comic and thank you for being patient between the long wait from page to page. It means a lot to me that you’re still there and reading this!
Oof! I had really planned to update the website more this month with the spooky season upon us, but I got slammed at work and have had little time to work on comic stuff (all the more reason to support the Patreon so I might be able to work on this full time someday!). At any rate, I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to come up with anything scarier than what goes on in this page of KotU, so enjoy!–and I hope it doesn’t give you nightmares for the rest of your life!

With the switch over to the heavier inked look since the revamp of the website, I think this might just be the best page yet! I mentioned this before, but eventually these pages will be in color–I’m just going the black and white route right now to get the comic out faster.

Hey Gang!
I’ve had some fans of the comic returning to check things out with launch of the new website and I’ve been getting a lot of “Hey! Didn’t this used to be in color??? And wasn’t there a lot more of it??????” Well, yes and there was. To explain a bit, during the hiatus of the comic I wanted to bring it back with a look that better represented the horror themes of the comic and something that was going to work better in black and white so I could deliver more comic pages on a quick, more regular basis. So that’s what you’re seeing now. I’ve been going back through and updating the original pages in the “new” art style while making some other tweaks to the story and art. Eventually these pages will be done in color, but they will first go up in B&W.
If you reeeaaaallly want to see the original/old artwork from the first run of the comic, then I might offer it up as a PDF in a Patreon subscriber tier if enough people want it. You should be checking out the Patreon anyway as you’ll get comic pages before they post on here and a bunch of other extras depending on what tier you go for. So check it out!
Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that it’s been 42 years since we lost the King of rock n’ roll. So in honor of the legend, make sure you rock extra hard today and spin a few of his records!

Hey there ghoul gang! As our first week back comes to a close, hopefully you’ve all been diggin’ the new site and art style, and hopefully you’ve been getting the word out that the King is back! We have a lot of things in the works here, and the more people that are checking out the comic, then that will make it a hell of a lot easier (and quicker) to get new content out there. If you’re either looking for more content or want to see what’s in the works quicker, then definitely check out the Patreon and subscribe! Who knows, if enough of you hound dogs sign up, then I might be able to work on KotU full time and drop multiple comic updates each week on the site!

Hey Gang! Hopefully you’re diggin’ the new look of KotU! I wanted to make a change to not only reflect the horror aspect of the comic better, but I also wanted something that would work better in black and white and allow me to produce the comic quicker. Eventually the pages will be colored (though offered to subscribers on Patreon first, so get on that!), but they’re going to first be posted in B&W.
Anyway, I didn’t want to have two conflicting art styles on the website, so along with site revamp, I also decided to update the art on “I’d Lose My Head Without You” before moving onto the next story.
