Love your colors and art! How did you do the background effect in the last panel?
Hey Mhardaway, this is Marcus’ bro who originally colored King of the Unknown. To get that gradient zipatone effect simply make a new colored gradient that’s black to white or one color to white. Then go to Filter > Pixelate > Color Halftone. Set the max radius between 4-8 pixels (depending on the size you want the zipatone), then set the 4 channels to 45* or 90* depending on the stagger you want the zipatone to have. I typically make this on a new layer and set the layer style to multiply or color overlay. There are other ways to eliminate the white from the layer for but that’s too much for writing to explain. Between going to the New York Comic Con earlier this month, and then being busy with stuff when I got back from NYCC, I’ve been behind on a lot of stuff and have just been slowly getting back into the swing of the things.
